The glorious old girl with an old Soviet submarine docked beside her. I was curious to go into a submarine, but wasn't sure I'd like the cramped space. Good thing I didn't join the Royal Navy after all!

I could have lighted and corrected this photograph, but I feel it conveys the rather lonely feeling you get sometimes on board. This was early in the morning, but a number of times while exploring the ship I saw no one.
